Out with the old and in with the new for this waterfront view at our Dune Design Project. We saw this nook as the perfect opportunity to create a built-in daybed where our clients can lay back, read a book and look at the water. We painted, extended the bench 30″, refinished the floors and replaced the light fixture to create the ideal lounge area.

Our last favorite is from our Sugar Hill Project. Over the years, this famous estate was the home to the founder of TIME Magazine, Clare Booth Luce as well as famous model Basha Szymeska.
