After falling in love with a home staged by LTW Design, we contacted them to design our new home we were building. From start to finish they worked with our builder and architect to design floorpans and materials. They guided us on everything from tile, hardware, lighting, furniture to artwork. We were extremely happy with the entire process and mostly loved the energy and enthusiasm Leia and her team brought to every single meeting. They are a pleasure to work with, focused on every detail and looking back I don’t know what we would’ve done without them.

After walking through a home staged by LTW Design, we knew wherever we ended up that we wanted them to design our house. A week after closing on our new home as we were preparing to knock it down and build from scratch, we reached out to LTW and it was the absolute best thing we did! Leia was such an ease to work with, she is pleasant, fun, extremely talented and somehow gets the job done in a way that looks effortless. After working with her and her team for over a year and a half, we know how hard it is to do what they do and are grateful we had them along the way guiding us the entire process with a smile. We looked forward to our meetings and we love that we spent the time with them to make decisions on every aspect of the home, right down to what side of the sink is most natural to have the dishwasher on. We love our new house and hands down highly recommend LTW Design.

When it came time to put our house on the market we knew we wanted the help of a stager and got the names of quite a few. I had an initial consultation with the first name I was given. At the end of the first consult I was left with some suggestions but feeling very much on my own and really not sure what to do. Then I met with Leia. She was professional organized and extremely thorough. She worked within our budget and provided a very detailed plan. On the day of the install her team was professional prompt and on task. We listed our home on a Friday afternoon and by Monday morning had 17 viewings and six offers all above asking price. Our experience working with Leia and her team was phenomenal and I believe instrumental in getting us the number of viewings we did and offers well above our asking price. We don’t plan on moving again anytime soon but if and when we do, LTW Design will be the first call we make. 

Our home was listed for a year prior to hiring LTW Design and had no luck. After meeting Leia during our consultation we trusted her and quickly realized we needed to hand her the reins. She and her team took over and within 2 weeks our home was painted and 90% of our furnishings were sent to storage and they brought in all new furniture of theirs that completely transformed our home. Not only did they change room layouts and colors, they hung new artwork and we started noticing beautiful details about our home that we had overlooked all these years. We can’t say enough about their bedside manner, punctuality and overall professionalism throughout this whole process working together. They are patient, experienced and took a lot of the weight off of our shoulders. We received two offers the first week and in this market we feel that is a true reflection of their talent and expertise since this same house had been listed for one full year before staging and had no offers then immediately after staging garnered offers. We highly recommend their services and we enjoyed working with them so much they are now designing our new home.

Leia is wonderful to work with! She not only has a fantastic sense of design, she is an excellent business professional.  She know how long the job will take, she does what she says she will do the she says she will.  She is a true pleasure to work with.  Our client has a beautiful home and has it decorated for their personal style.  When it came time to selling the house, we wanted the bones of the house to shine through along with the gorgeous lake views.  Leia put together a plan and we took out most of the furnishings and replaced it with neutral, transitional furniture and now you see a gorgeous home shine through.  We are very happy to be marketing the home now and to be working with Leia!
