As 2018 comes to a close we’ve been reflecting here in the office on what a year it has been…   

The industry has grown substantially, particularly here on the East Coast, where Staging has become widely recognized as a vital marketing tool, especially when selling in a stagnant market. We’ve seen this ourselves in our own statistics and we couldn’t be more grateful to our amazing clients that we’ve had the pleasure of working with these past twelve months and the broad range of projects they have placed in our hands.

LTW Design has also been graced with not one but four awards this year alone. Scroll down to see highlights from a few of the award events.

Recently, LTW Design was locally recognized by the Home Building Industry (HOBI) and awarded “Best Home Staging” of the year in Connecticut for our Brush project.  * See Brush Island Project

The HOBI awards has repeatedly been referred to as the Oscars of the home building industry.  It is the largest industry awards honoring top architects, developers and designers alike.

In the summer Leia Ward, Principal of LTW Design, was nationally recognized by RESA Home Staging Industry Awards as one of the country’s Top 10 Stagers.  The whole LTW team headed to the West Coast to accept the award, what a night!

The Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) Home Staging Industry Awards are the industry’s most prestigious awards honoring professionals in the field for their excellence and exceptional skills in the art of home staging.
